- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray ovenproof 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch skillet, heat oil, onion and bell peppers over medium heat; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until onion has softened and turned translucent. Stir in roast beef; cook 2 minutes. Add chiles, American cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and pepper; stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour mixture into baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with pretzels as dippers.

- Combine cream cheese and processed cheese in a slow cooker on Low.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion and green bell pepper until tender, about 8 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer. Mix rib-eye steak, salt, and pepper into onion mixture; cook and stir until steak is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain extra grease. Stir process cheese spread into steak mixture until melted. Pour cheese-steak mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook on Low for 45 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread on baking sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Cut an oval or elongated football shape on top of bread and remove bread center to make room for the dip. Tear removed bread top and bread center into bite-size pieces. Set aside for serving.
