Time 25m

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 stick of pepperoni
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c parmeson cheese
1/4-1/2 c minced onion
1 loaf of pepperidge farm party rye bread--(the slices that are about 2 inces by 2 inches)
paprika (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix mayonnaise, parmesan and onion
  • 2. Spread the party rye with the mixture--not too much on each slice because you don't want the bread to be soggy after it broils
  • 3. sprinkle with paprika--as much or as little as you want
  • 4. Put a thin slice of pepperoni on each slice of bread
  • 5. put under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture bubbles
  • 6. (please note that I put 5 minutes of cook time in the cooking category because I had to put something--but it only takes 2-3 minutes)
