- In a small bowl combine Softened Cream Cheese, 8 oz. of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, 1/2 of the Green Onions, 1/2 of the Bacon Pieces, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Salt. Mix everything together.
- Place Chicken Tenders in a 9x13 Baking Dish that has been sprayed with Non-Stick Cooking Spray.
- Spread Cream Cheese Mixture over the top of the chicken and then top with the remaining Cheese, Bacon Pieces, and Onions.
- Bake in the oven at 400° for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.

- In a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in the chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Add noodles and toss to coat. , Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes longer. , Freeze option: Sprinkle remaining cheeses over unbaked casserole. Cover and freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight.
