1 small tub coolwhip
hershey's chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the Cool Whip and Peanut Butter together
  • 2. Spoon into 12 lined cupcake tins
  • 3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and freeze
  • 4. Eat and enjoy!

I always have to have something sweet after dinner and when I mentioned this to my Weight Watchers leader, she passed along this gem! It's creamy, cool and 2 points per serving, perfect for that little taste of sweet.

1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup fat free chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • Mix cool whip and peanut butter together until well blended and smooth.
  • Drop into a 12 cup muffin tin lined with foil liners.
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce on top of each cup with 1 teaspoons of chocolate sauce.
  • Best served cold, so chill in freezer for 30 minutes.

1 pkg yellow cake mix
8 oz tub of cool whip light
3 Tbsp peanut butter, creamy
2 eggs
1/2 c confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheets.
  • 2. Beat together the whipped topping and softened peanut butter so that it mixes with the cool whip; beat the eggs and add to the coolwhip. Add the yellow cake mix and continue to mix. Dough will be thick.
  • 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls into a bowl of confectioners' sugar and roll to coat. Place cookies on the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes
