4 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
½ cup marshmallow cream (such as Marshmallow Fluff®)
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Prepare a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  • Smear 1 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter onto 1 side of each tortilla in a thin layer to cover. Divide marshmallow cream equally between 2 of the tortillas; spread to cover peanut butter. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips atop each portion of marshmallow cream and finish by putting the remaining tortillas atop the chocolate chips with the peanut butter side down.
  • Cook quesadillas in hot skillet until lightly browned and chocolate chips have melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

2 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 banana, sliced
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spread half the peanut butter onto one side of 1 flour tortilla; top with sliced banana. Spread the remaining peanut butter on one side of the other flour tortilla; place tortilla, peanut butter-side down, on top of banana slices.

1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 banana, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Spread peanut butter evenly over 3 of the tortillas. Top with strawberry and banana slices. Place remaining tortillas over fruit; press down.
  • Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Lightly spray top of 1 quesadilla with nonstick cooking spray. Place sprayed side down in hot skillet; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.

4 -6 tablespoons peanut butter
20 inches flour tortillas
1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
2 medium firm ripe bananas, thinly sliced
cooking oil
cinnamon sugar

Steps:

  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter over half of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate morsels over peanut butter.
  • Top with banana slices.
  • Fold tortillas in half; press gently to flatten and seal.
