1 ½ cups unsalted natural peanut butter
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons maple syrup, or more to taste
1 pinch sea salt

Steps:

  • Line an 8- to 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup together in a bowl. Season with salt and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.

1 Cup of Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter (melted)
1 Teaspoon of Stevia
8 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1/2 Cup of Butter (melted & salted) peanuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Place coconut oil, peanut butter, stevia, cocoa powder and butter in a pot and melt until all of the ingredients are combined. Place in mini foil cups. Add a pinch of crushed peanuts into each of the 24 molds. Pour the mixture into each of the mini cups. Freeze for 30 minutes and enjoy.
