I love White Chocolate and Peanut Butter, so putting the two together just made since. This is a super easy cake mix cookie that is sure to please. The kids come running from all over the neighborhood when I make these.

1 (18 1/4 ounce) package betty crocker hershey devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup butter, melted
9 -10 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use a nonstick cookie sheet.
  • In a large bowl, cream together eggs, water, butter and peanut butter. Stir in cake mix and blend well. Finally fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Drop by round spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool on pan for 4-5 minutes.

¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
½ tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups almond flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix brown sugar, butter, and eggs together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
  • Stir almond flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a separate bowl. Add to butter mixture until well blended. Stir in white chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  • Place tablespoonfuls of batter 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 20 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Honey-roasted peanuts join white chocolate chips in this unique cookie recipe.

1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
2/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup roughly chopped honey-roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Beat the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until fluffy. Add the vanilla and egg and beat to combine.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chunks and peanuts.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop slightly mounded tablespoons of the dough and roll into balls. Arrange about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Position oven racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake until the cookies are set and golden on the bottom, 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely.

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1/2 cup 2% milk
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
Dash salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups old-fashioned oats

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 3 minutes., Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in oats. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set. Store in airtight containers.

This delicious cookie has a very similar taste to white chocolate REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups. They don't last long in my house. These were inspired by my husband that loves white chocolate. I made him plane peanut butter cookies and he wondered how they would be like with white chocolate in them. NOTE: this recipe does NOT contain flour!!!

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 350°F.
  • Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into balls made from 1 tbs of dough and place on baking paper covered cookie sheet. Place 1 inch apart. Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes. Leave on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes before placing them on a wrack to finish cooling.
