8 oz water
3 oz peach gelatin
1 15 oz can Libby's® Canned Peaches (Slices or Halves)
8 oz cream cheese

Steps:

  • Boil water and stir in gelatin until it dissolves. Add mixture to a blender along with peaches, the juice from the can, and the cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large serving bowl or individual serving cups, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set. Enjoy cold!

A combination of cream cheese and whipped topping on a graham cracker crust topped off with peach slices and peach jello makes for a wonderful make ahead dessert. Allow time in the refrigerator to set.

1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained well
1 (3 ounce) package peach Jell-O
3/4 cup boiling water
1 1/4 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and gradually add milk.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust.
  • Cut peach slices in half lengthwise and arrange over the top.
  • In separate bowl, combine jello with boiling water, then stir in cold water.
  • Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.
  • Gently spoon jello mixture over peaches and refrigerate until set.

1-1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 squares)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
TOPPING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
1 package (3 ounces) peach or orange gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1-1/4 cups cold water

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; gradually add the milk. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread over crust., Cut peach slices in half lengthwise; arrange over top. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water; stir in the cold water. Refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened. , Gently spoon gelatin over peaches; chill until set. Cut into squares.
