1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches, divided
2 cups fat-free reduced-sugar peach yogurt
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (9 inches)

Steps:

  • Finely chop half of the peaches; place in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into the crust. , Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Refrigerate for 45 minutes before slicing. Top with remaining peaches.

1 cup fresh peaches or 1 cup frozen peaches, sliced and divided
16 ounces peach yogurt
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)

Steps:

  • Finely chop half of the peaches and place in a bowl.
  • Stir in the yogurt.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Spoon into crust.
  • Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Refrigerate for 45 minutes before slicing.
  • Top with remaining peaches.

1 deep dish pastry shell, 10 inches
10 to 12 medium peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
5 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
sweetened whipped cream

Steps:

  • 1. Make pastry shell or use store bought 10 inch shell.
  • 2. Mound peaches in unbaked shell. In small bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour til smooth. Pour over peaches. Dot with butter,
  • 3. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let sit before serving. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Serves 8

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 (3-ounce) box peach jello (4-serving size)
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1 Keeber® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
GLAZE
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2/3 cup peach nectar or apricot nectar
2 cups peeled, pitted and sliced fresh peaches or 1 (15-oz) can sliced peaches, well drained

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate until partially set, stirring occasionally. Pour into crust. Refrigerate about 3 hours more or until set.2. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gently spread over gelatin layer in crust. Refrigerate while preparing glaze.3. For glaze, in small saucepan stir together granulated sugar and cornstarch. Stir in nectar. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Cool slightly.4. Arrange peaches on top of cream cheese layer. Spoon glaze over top.5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
