Sinfully delicious bars that taste just like a PayDay® candy bar. The salty mixed with the sweet is heavenly! No baking in oven needed!

cooking spray
1 (16 ounce) jar dry-roasted peanuts, divided
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread 1/2 of the peanuts into the prepared baking dish.
  • Cook and stir sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until melted, about 5 minutes. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Pour mixture over peanuts and top with remaining peanuts.
  • Refrigerate until chilled, 1 to 2 hours. Cut into bars.

1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup oleo
1 egg
3 cups mini marshmallows (Use after cake is baked)
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup oleo
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cups salted peanuts

Steps:

  • Mix all but marshmallows together.
  • Bake in ungreased 9x13-inch pan for 12 to 18 minutes at 350°.
  • When baked and while still hot, put marshmallows on top.
  • Then add the following topping:.
  • Heat in medium pan: Corn syrup, margarine, peanut butter chips and vanilla, stirring constantly.
  • Pour over top of all layers when everything has been layered.
  • Put 2 cups of Rice Krispies over that and then 2 cups salted peanuts on top.
  • Tastes just like a Payday candy bar.

A very different and very delicious cake, a big time favorite at our house...you will love this cake!

1 (510 g) box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups peanut butter chips
2 cups salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups puffed rice cereal
1/4 cup butter

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, 1/3 cup butter and the egg; press into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake 12-18 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and sprinkle with mini marshmallows; return to oven, bake for 1-2 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to puff.
  • In a saucepan, over med-high heat, cook corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips until melted; remove from heat, and stir in the puffed rice cereal and salted peanuts.
  • Spoon the mixture over the top of the marshmallows in the pan; spread to coat evenly.
  • Cool cake before serving.
  • Enjoy!

1 bag peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Grease 9x13 pan.
  • Pour 1/2 peanuts on bottom of pan.
  • Melt margarine and chips.
  • Add milk and then marshmallows (do not melt marshmallows).
  • Pour over peanuts, pat down.
  • Put rest of peanuts in and pat down.
  • Chill.
