1 carton (16 ounces) refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork
1 package (12-1/2 ounces) nacho tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, optional
1/4 cup pickled pepper rings, optional

Steps:

  • Heat pork according to package directions. Place tortilla chips on a large microwave-safe serving plate. Layer with pork and cheese., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream, salsa, lettuce and onions. Sprinkle with olives and pepper rings if desired.

Canned chili is heated, poured over refried beans and then topped with warmed CHEEZ WHIZ before serving with crisp tortilla chips for a hearty snack.

1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg. (12 oz.) tortilla chips
1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans
1 jar (15 oz.) CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
1 tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Spread beans onto center of large platter; surround with chips.
  • Heat chili as directed on label; pour over beans.
  • Microwave CHEEZ WHIZ as directed on label; pour over chips and chili.
  • Top with tomatoes and onions.

Superbowl Party Nachos image

Didn't want to wait until The Superbowl to make this Quick and Easy Meal! To make it more of a dinner,I added a side salad! Diced tomatoes on top might be nice too!

1-1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c ketchup
2 Tbsp mustard,yellow
2 Tbsp brown sugar,doesn't have to be firmly packed.
1 sm jar salsa con queso cheese dip
16 oz bag tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. In a Large skillet, brown up ground beef. drain off fat. Reduce heat. Add in Ketchup,mustard,and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
  • 2. In a Microwave Safe, heat cheese dip thorougly. Layer a plate with the tortilla chips, pouring warm sloppy joe mix over the chips. When queso dip is heated, drizzle over chips, and serve.
