Steps:
- Wash and cut the lemons and mango in halves and or small chunks.
- In a blender, add water, mango, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and squeeze the lemons halves into the blender.
- Blend until smooth and liquify. Add ice if serving right away or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve and Enjoy!

This is my first recipe post. Made this for a school project and was a real crowd pleaser. I had it with fresh squeezed lemonade, even though everybody love both, this one was preferred. Very healthy, too. It's a Belizean recipe.

- Make the syrup: Add the sugar and 1 cup of water to a saucepan, Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often, just until the sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool fully.
- Blend: Add the mango and 3 cups of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher through a fine strainer or sieve.
- Finish: Add the remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, and prepared syrup to the pitcher and stir. You can add ice to the pitcher or pour the mango lemonade over cups of ice to avoid having it dilute.

SARASOTA'S MANGO LEMONADE WITH A KICK
I love mango, and trust me ... when mangoes are in season, I have bags of them. And I love lemonade, so this is the perfect drink. Add some vodka or bourbon for the adults or just serve as is - it is a great refreshing drink for the spring and summer seasons. Light refreshing and can be served breakfast, lunch, dinner or after hours.

- Simple Syrup -- In a small sauce pan, add the water, sugar and ginger and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the ginger flavor. Remove from the heat and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
- Puree -- In a blender, add the mango, lemon juice and chilled simple syrup until smooth. Then add to a pitcher, and chill for another 2-3 hours until icy cold.
- Serve -- In the pitcher with the mango lemonade puree, add the club soda and mix well. To each glass, add ice and a few mint leaves (optional vodka or bourbon), top with the mango lemonade and garnish with a fresh lemon slice. Easy and refreshing.
- For the adults: One (1) shot of either Vodka or Bourbon to each glass.
- ENJOY!

FROZEN MANGO LEMONADE
I bought V8 Splash Tropical Blend to try but it was too sweet for our taste. Not wanting to waste I whipped up this lemonade. Cold, Tangy, Fruity. Drink as is or freeze hard and eat with a spoon. Original version was made with a can of mango but frozen or fresh are fine too. I don't hate it when a little vodka finds it's way into my serving.

- Remove half and reserve.
- Add 6 cups ice to blender and pulse to chop, then blend until very smooth. Ladle into cups.
