Greek Yogurt Buffalo Ranch Dressing or Dip image

A healthy way to add a little kick to your salads or veggies. Recipe yields 1 cup of dressing or dip.

1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2-3 Tablespoons hot sauce (to taste, depending on how spicy you like it - I use Frank's Red Hot)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • If possible, let sit in the refrigerator for at least a couple hours to allow the flavors to develop.
  • Stir again before serving.

The dip can be used as a dressing by tossing it into a salad, but I would not recommend watering it down for easier pouring, as this will seriously affect the flavor and consistency.
