Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small baking dish and cover. Bake for about 55 minutes. Remove the cover and stir to melt any un-dissolved sugar. Return the dish to the oven and bake for about 5 to 10 more minutes, or until the cranberries are soft and surrounded by a syrupy sauce. Remove the dish from the oven and immediately stir in the bourbon, to taste. Let the dish cool to room temperature, then chill for at least hour before serving. The sauce will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
OVEN BAKED WHOLE CRANBERRY-CARAMEL SAUCE
This is a recipe that is the same as one my Mom makes, she has been making it for years and it has become a staple on our Holiday Table. It's a variation on the traditional sauce which produces whole cooked berries with a touch of caramel. Hope you enjoy!

BAKED BRANDY-CRANBERRY SAUCE
I can't remember where I got this recipe, but it did call for putting the brandy in when serving. I had to change that. So all I have to say is: 3 ingredients, 1 hour - perfection.

BAKED CRANBERRY SAUCE
Though firm when raw, cranberries fall quickly to even just a little heat. You don't have to bake them long. When finished, they are warm and almost melt in your mouth. This is how the cranberry is meant to be enjoyed!

Steps:
- Half the oranges. Then in a large mixing bowl add the sugar and juice the orange halves.
- Whisk together the juice and sugar mixture so that the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Add in the fresh cranberries. Mix the cranberries so they are lightly coated.
- Place the cranberries in a baking dish or on a shallow cookie sheet.
- Bake the cranberries at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. When they have wilted, broken open and look gorgeous, take them out.
- You can chill them and serve them later but they are best hot and gooey. So I would bake them right before dinner is ready to be served, and then enjoy! Try using these to make Recipe #513321.

BAKED CRANBERRY SAUCE
This is a delicious and easy cranberry sauce, requiring no time standing at the stove! I found it in a local newpaper article from a woman who got it from a magazine many years ago. It can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
