2lb fresh bean sprouts
2c sliced mushrooms
1sm onion diced (optional)
2 stalks bok choy chopped
1bg salad greens
1c sliced carrots
1c chopped celery
4 Mangos chopped
4 Papaya sliced
1Tblsp diced garlic
1/3 c EVOO
Maggai sauce to taste

Steps:

  • In a large skillet or wok, lightly brown garlic. Add mushrooms, sprouts,carrots and celery until well coated and color softens. Add bok choy and maggai sauce mix until all vegetables are al-dente. Serve on a fresh bed of lettuce greens and top with chopped mango and papaya slices. The juice from both the vegetables and the fruit make a wonderful sauce! Enjoy!

Oriental Fruit Salad image

A refreshing fruit salad, mainly for the summer months. Ingredients are not limited to the following, try adding fruit you like!

100 g dried apricots
100 g figs
100 g raisins
100 g icing sugar
100 g walnuts
100 g sheep's cheese
1/2 tablespoon orange blossom water

Steps:

  • Soak fruit for a few hours in water.
  • Meanwhile, boil water, add orange water, sugar. Boil until it thickens to a syrupy consistency.
  • Drain the fruit, and mix it in a bowl.
  • Spread the syrup over the fruit, and chill.
  • Add sheep's cheese and walnuts.
  • Enjoy!
