1 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
1/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Steps:

  • Toss meat with cornstarch in medium bowl. Add marmalade and ginger; stir until well blended.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until meat is done. Add broccoli, water chestnuts and soy sauce; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over rice; top with nuts.

1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1 inch thick), fat removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps:

  • In small glass or plastic bowl, mix all ingredients except beef. Stir in beef. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to marinate but no longer than 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Set oven control to broil. Remove beef from marinade; reserve marinade. On each of 2 (11-inch) metal skewers, thread beef cubes, leaving 1/4 inch space between each cube. Place on rack in broiler pan.
  • Broil with tops about 5 inches from heat 4 minutes. Turn; brush with reserved marinade. Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until brown and medium doneness.

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 lb lean beef, cut into strips (sirloin, flank, top round)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1 onion, cut into thin strips
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
hot cooked rice

Steps:

  • In large bowl, combine soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, cornstarch, ginger, and orange peel.
  • Stir to dissolve cornstarch.
  • Marinate beef strips in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in large skillet (or wok), cook and stir broccoli and onion in oil until tender-crisp.
  • Remove vegetables from skillet.
  • Drain beef, reserving marinade.
  • In same skillet, over medium-high heat, cook and stir beef for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Add reserved marinade and broth to skillet, letting boil 5 minutes.
  • Add beef and vegetables to sauce.
  • Heat through.
  • Serve over rice.

1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed.
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 lb lean beef, cut into strips.
2 c broccoli florets
1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 small can fat-free beef broth
2 c hot cooked rice.

Steps:

  • 1. In large bowl combine, soy sauce, orange juice, cornstarch, ginger and orange peel. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Add beef. Marinate 30 minutes. In skillet over med-high heat, add oil, broccoli, and onion. Cook, stirring for 3 min. Remove from pan. Drain beef, set aside marinade. In skillet, cook beef strips about 4 mins. Remove beef. Add marinade to skillet. Add broth, boil 5 mins. Add beef and veggies. Heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice.

1 pound beef boneless round steak
1 medium red onion, cut into eighths
1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 1/2 cups)
1 medium jicama, peeled and cut into julienne strips (1 1/2 cups)
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (6 ounces) frozen snap pea pods, thawed
3 pita breads (6 inches in diameter), cut in half to form pockets
Chutney, if desired

Steps:

  • Trim excess fat from beef. Cut beef lengthwise into 2-inch strips. Cut strips crosswise into 1/8-inch slices.
  • Place beef, onion, bell pepper and jicama in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker. Mix orange peel, orange juice, gingerroot and salt; pour over beef and vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 4 to 6 hours or until beef is tender.
  • Stir in snap pea pods. Cover and cook on low heat setting about 15 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender.

2 navel oranges
2/3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound beef top round, trimmed and cut into 1/6 x 2-inch slices
3/4 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
4 scallions, cut into 2-inch lengths
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cups hot cooked brown rice

Steps:

  • With vegetable peeler, remove 3 (4-inch) strips zest from one of the oranges; thinly slice strips on diagonal. With knife, remove peel and pith from both oranges. Holding orange over small bowl to catch juice, cut along either side of each membrane to release orange sections, allowing juice to fall into bowl. Repeat. Whisk together 1/3 cup of broth, the orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, and pepper flakes in small bowl until blended. Heat wok or large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until a drop of water sizzles in pan. Add oil and swirl to coat wok. Add beef and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 4 minutes; transfer to plate. Add beans, bell pepper, orange zest, and remaining 1/2 cup broth to wok. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. bag of baby spinach
1 cup bean sprouts
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Sear beef (or not). Saute onions, ginger. Add soya, oj, marmalade, stock and 5 spice powder. Chop up cilantro root and add. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. When meat is tender, break it into chunks, stir in green onions. Split spinach and sprouts into bowls, and ladle in beef. Top with cilantro leaves, chopped
