1 pineapple ((cut into bite sized chunks))
1 pound strawberries ((quartered))
1/2 canteloupe
5 kiwis ((sliced))
6 mandarin oranges ((peeled and separated))
2 limes
2 lemons
1/4 cup honey

Steps:

  • Chop up each fruit individually.

  • Combine the fruit in a large glass bowl.
  • Pour honey into a small glass bowl. Squeeze the two limes and lemons into the bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the honey lime glaze over the fresh fruit and toss to combine.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

2 cans (15-1/4 ounces each) mixed tropical fruit, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the tropical fruit, oranges, banana and marshmallows. Add yogurt; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Refrigerate until serving.

6 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced
6 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
6 grapefruit, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
6 oranges, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
6 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
6 mangos - peeled, seeded, and cubed
6 large plums, pitted and sliced
6 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed
6 ounces lemon juice

Steps:

  • Set out 8 platters for fruit. Arrange the kiwifruit slices on the outside of the platters. Arrange apple, orange, pineapple, mango, plum, and dragon fruit pieces either by color or personal preference. Place grapefruit slices in the center. Drizzle each platter equally with lemon juice.

1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons light rum or orange juice

3 bananas, sliced
2 avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
1 mango, cut lengthwise in half, seed removed and cut up
