ONION ROLL APPETIZERS

Steps:
- 1. Place chopped onions in a large skillet with the butter and cook over medium heat until onions are tender, about 20 minutes. If onions start to get too brown, reduce heat.
- 2. Sir in the cream cheese and the grated Swiss. Keep stirring until cheeses are melted.
- 3. Spread the mixture on tortillas and roll them up. Refrigerate overnight.
- 4. The next day, place tortillas on a greased baking sheet and cut into 1-inch pieces. Bake, standing upright, in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

These are really easy appetizers that you can make a few days in advance, and bake them the day they are needed. I am not a fan of onions, but these are delicious.

Steps:
- Chop onions.
- Place in frying pan with butter.
- Fry for 20 minutes or until onions are limp.
- Stir in cream cheese and grated swiss cheese.
- Stir until melts.
- Spread on tortillas.
- Roll and refrigerate overnight.
- To cook: Grease baking sheet.
- Cut into 1" pieces.
- Bake, upright, at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
