1 head Cauliflower
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1/2 cup Red onion, fine dice
1 cup Celery
1 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Boil cauliflower until tender but still has some crunch. Mix mayo, Old Bay, red pepper flakes, vinegar and salt together. Combine dressing with cauliflower, onion, and celery.

10 ounce(s) cauliflower florets
1 cup(s) frozen peas
2 ribs celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 - shallot, minced
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes (to taste)

Steps:

  • Chop cauliflower florets into small bite sized pieces (about 2 1/2 cups) and place in a medium bowl. Add the peas, celery and shallot. Toss to combine.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayo, Old Bay, salt and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Pour over the veggies and gently stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour, for the flavors to meld and for the peas to thaw.
