3 packets CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix
½ cup almond butter
¾ cup old-fashioned oats
1 small ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine drink mix, almond butter, oats, banana, and coconut in a medium bowl.
  • Line an 8-inch baking pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Press mixture evenly into the pan and place freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Cut into bars. Serve frozen, or let soften in the refrigerator.

  • Mash the bananas and put into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the oats, spice, sweetner and combine.
  • Spread the oat mix onto the baking tray evenly and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until golden.
  • Leave to cool for at least 5 minutes before you cut into bars.
