GRANNY'S NANA PUDDING

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
One 5.1-ounce box instant vanilla pudding
2 cups very cold half-and-half
1 cup sour cream
Pinch sea salt
One 12-ounce tin or 16-ounce box butter cookies
1 cup prepared caramel sauce
6 large bananas, sliced

Steps:

  • In a chilled bowl, with chilled beaters, beat the cream and confectioners' sugar together until soft peaks.
  • Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, half-and-half, sour cream and the salt in a large bowl.
  • Reserve 4 to 6 cookies for garnish and layer half of the remaining cookies among the bottom of 4 to 6 16-ounce serving dishes (or mason jars), or in a trifle bowl (or other large glass serving dish). Next, drizzle half of the caramel over the cookies, then a layer of half the bananas, then half the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Top with the whipped cream and a butter cookie or cookies. Serve or chill up to overnight.

1 (12-oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk
1 (5-oz) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 bags chessmen cookies

Steps:

  • Line the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top.
  • In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix and blend well using a handheld electric mixer. Using another bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until well blended. Pour the mixture over the cookies and bananas and cover with the remaining cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

46 - vanilla wafers
3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
1/2 cup(s) pecans, chopped
1/3 cup(s) brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon, ground
2 package(s) 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding
2 cup(s) milk
8 ounce(s) cool whip, thawed
4 pound(s) bananas, sliced
1 package(s) 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup(s) sugar

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  • CRUSH 30 wafers; mix with next 4 ingredients. Spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 5 min.; stir. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until golden brown; cool.
  • BEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  • LAYER 1/3 of the crumb mixture and half each of the bananas and pudding in 2-qt. serving bowl; repeat. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the remaining COOL WHIP; spread over top of dessert, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  • TOP each serving with remaining COOL WHIP and whole wafers just before serving.
  • **Substitute vanilla pudding with JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding if desired.

1 packages banana pudding mix
2 packages vanilla
4 cups milk
1 cans sweetened condensed milk
1 boxes vanilla wafers
34 units bananas
1 tubes cool whip

Steps:

  • Empty boxes of instant pudding mix in medium bowl. Mix in the milk and the sweetened condensed milk. Beat or mix (I like to beat the mix to get out all the lumps) the pudding mix until creamy.
  • In a large bowl, layer a handful of the vanilla wafers, then a handful of the bananas, then about half the pudding mix, then about half the Cool Whip. Repeat the layers.
  • Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

4 -5 bananas, sliced
Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookie (4-5 packages)
1 (5 ounce) box Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box jello French vanilla instant pudding
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box jello banana instant pudding
8 ounces cream cheese (room tempeture)
14 ounces eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 ounce) container large Cool Whip
1 (12 ounce) can Cool Whip
lemon juice

Steps:

  • Prepare all 3 boxes of pudding mix in same bowl as instructed on the box.
  • Let pudding chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix tub of Cool Whip and cream cheese with an electric mixer. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Once pudding mix is set, add the pudding and condensed milk to the Cool Whip and cream cheese mixture. Mix all together with electric mixer.
  • Slice bananas into 1" slices. Squeeze a small amount of lemon juice on the slices to prevent browning.
  • Use a 13x9 pan.
  • Layer cookies, pudding mix, bad banana slices. Make 3 layers. End with pudding layer.
  • Top with extra cookies and design with Cool Whip can.
  • Refrigerate approximately 1.5 hours.
