· 1 cup butter
· ½ lb very fine noodles
· 2 cups Uncle Ben's converted rice
· 2 cans Campbell's French onion soup broth
· 2 cans Campbell's chicken broth
· 1 tsp soy sauce
· 1 cup water
· 2 cans sliced water chestnuts

Steps:

  • Melt butter, add uncooked noodles and cook until light brown. Add uncooked rice and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.

8 oz package of fine egg noodles
1 cup minute rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can onion soup
1 can chicken broth soup (only use half the can)
1 stick of butter
2 tsp soy sauce.

Steps:

  • Melt butter in large frying pan, brown noodles an rice. Add rest of ingredients and mix all together. Put in 2 quart casserole and mix together. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes (until brown on top)

8 oz pkg. fine noodles uncooked
1 1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
2 c uncooked instant rice
2 10 1/2 oz. cans onion soup
2 10 3/4 cans chicken broth
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 c water
2 4-5-oz. cans mushrooms, undrained

Steps:

  • 1. Slightly brown noodles in butter, add rice and mix well. Add soup, broth, soy sauce, water and mushrooms. Turn into 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 10-12 servings.
