Steps:
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- For a spicier sauce - add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- For a less spicy sauce - omit the chipotle.
- For a sweeter sauce - use ketchup instead of tomato sauce.
- For a less sweet sauce - use only 1/4 cup agave nectar.
- For a smoky sauce - add a few drops of liquid smoke.
- For a variation - add some minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, or lime juice.

Steps:
- 1. Blend your spices in a small dish.
- 2. In a 2 cup measuring cup measure out the ketchup and honey and whisk together.
- 3. Sprinkle the spices over top and whisk well.
- 4. Add the vinegar, molasses, corn syrup and liquid smoke and whisk together.
- 5. If you want some any of the add-ins now is the time to put them into the mixture and give them a good whisk to incorporate.
- 6. Pour into squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
