Steps:
- 1. In a Large saucepan over medium heat ,heat the butter and sweat the onion and garlic until translucent.
- 2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Puree the mixture in the food processor pour into a bowl and let cool at room temperature.
MEXICAN BBQ SAUCE

- Heat the barbecue sauce in a 2 quart saucepan over medium-low heat until warm. Add the Mexican chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts completely. Serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
