4 strawberries
1/2 banana
11 ounces plain nonfat frozen yogurt

Steps:

  • Blend 15 to 20 seconds, use a spatula to remove the thick and creamy smoothie from the blender.

1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons honey
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Steps:

8 oz strawberry and banana yogurt
8 ice cubes
1 c water, cold
2 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. cut the tops off the strawberries; rinse and add to blender
  • 2. peel & add banana to blender
  • 3. add water and sugar together; add to blender
  • 4. add yogurt
  • 5. add ice cubes
  • 6. blend well until smooth
