Steps:
- Combine the apricot jam, mustard, vinegar and lots of black pepper in the jam jar or a mason jar. Shake until well blended.
- Use the glaze like you would a BBQ sauce. Brush on or pour over pieces of grilled or pan-seared chicken, pork chop or salmon just before it's done cooking and let cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

- With the rack on top of the oven, preheat oven to broil.
- In a bowl, mix honey and the 2 mustard. Set aside.
- In a large non-stick skillet ovenproof, brown the fish steaks and the cut side of lemons in butter. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
- Baste the top of the fish steaks with the mustard mixture. Keep cooking until the broil 3 to 5 minutes, depending of the thickness of the fish. Serve with the grilled lemon, rice and vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Coat each of the fillets with the honey-mustard mixture lightly.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the fillets coating them evenly and well.
- Bake until the fillets flake easily with a fork (about 10-15 minutes).
