Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups diced mushrooms (about 1 lb of fresh mushrooms)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner rolls
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sauté mushrooms and butter. Stir in garlic powder, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid evaporates. Set aside. Unroll dinner roll dough onto sheet pan, but do not separate triangles. Press/roll dough into 13X9 inch rectangle, firmly press perforations to seal. Spread cream cheese over dough. Top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake @375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into shapes and serve.

Ran across this while trying to sort through recipe's. We grew up having this on Sunday's during Packer game's with other various snacks.

3 cup(s) mushrooms, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
2 tablespoon(s) onion, chopped
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
8 ounce(s) refrigerated crescent rolls
3 ounce(s) cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 can(s) parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Brown Mushroom in butter, add salt, onions, lemon juice and worcestershire . Cook till liquid evaporates.
  • Place dough in 9x13 pan and press seams (about 1/4 up sides) Spread Cream Cheese - top with mushroom and parm.
  • Bake 20-25 min. Cool 5 mins and cut into desired serving size. A pizza cutter works good for this

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 oz can mushroom stems & pieces
2 tbsp. butter
2 teaspoon powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. can crescent rolls
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in medium skillet. Cook until liquid evaporates. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place in ungreased 11 x 9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides to form crust. Carefully spread cream cheese over dough. If the cream cheese is not very soft, it will tear the crust. Top with mushroom mixture and then Parmesan cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into desired shapes.
