Steps:
- preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- in a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt then set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together applesauce and brown sugar, then mix in the egg.
- add the dry mixture to the wet, and stir.
- fold in the meusli and chocolate chips.
- drop by rounded 1/2 tablespoons on greased cookie sheet.
- bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Lightly grease one or two baking sheets.
- Put butter, sugar and syrup in a pan and heat gently until the butter is melted Measure all the other ingredients in a large bowl and add the melted mixture, stir until well blended.
- Spoon teaspoonfuls on the baking sheet (s), making sure you give them room to spread Bake them for approx 15 minutes.

- Bring butter, sugar, and syrup to the boil add soda mix until frothy.
- Mix flour, oats, pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds, apricots, and coconut.
- Add hot mixture to dry ingredients.
- Mix all and roll into 60 g cookies.work quickly with the mixture as it will harden as it cools.

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and drop by teaspoons on a paper-lined baking sheet leaving some space between the cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned.
- Let cool completely on baking sheet. If you want to store them keep them in an airtight container in a dry place.
