OLD BAY® SHRIMP AND PASTA ALFREDO
This recipe came from my Italian family. It is not only delicious but so quick and easy. Measurements really aren't necessary--make it your own. You can't go wrong with too much seasoning or too little. Go easy on the lemon is my only recommendation. Unless you love lemon! Adding Parmesan cheese is really delish and the Alfredo sauce gives it a nice hot and creamy texture.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and sprinkle with seafood seasoning; toss until completely coated. Stir in red pepper flakes and cook until shrimp are bright pink on the outside and the meat is opaque, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain pasta.
- Add pasta to the skillet and toss with shrimp and olive oil to combine. Stir in Alfredo sauce and drizzle with lemon juice.

Steps:
- Drizzle some oil in a large pot of boiling salted water, add the linguine, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, or according to the directions on the package. Meanwhile, in another large (12-inch), heavy-bottomed pan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic, saute for 1 minute. Add the shrimp, 1 teaspoon of salt, and the pepper and saute until the shrimp have just turned pink, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the heat, add the parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon slices, and red pepper flakes. Toss to combine. When the pasta is done, drain the cooked linguine and then put it back in the pot. Immediately add the shrimp and sauce, toss well, and serve.
