2 c bananas sliced
2 c strawberries sliced
2 c crushed pineapple
1 c apples peeled cored and chopped
1/2 c ice cubs
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp instent coffee ( optional )

Steps:

  • 1. Blend bananas, strawberries, pineapple, apples, ice cubes, and honey, and coffee
  • 2. Puree on high speed until smooth.
  • 3. Serve immediately
  • 4. Makes 4 servings

1 cup cranberry juice
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups raspberry yogurt or flavor of choice
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, optional
Few drops red food coloring, optional
Mint leaves, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover blend until smooth. Garnish with mint if desired. Pour into a pitcher or chilled glasses; serve immediately.
