1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (12 ounce) bottle hot pepper sauce
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until juices run clear, about 4 minutes per side. Remove to a cutting board to cool completely. Use a fork to shred the meat into strands.
  • Pour the ranch dressing, cream cheese, and wing sauce into a bowl and mix until combined. Add the shredded chicken and mix well. Spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbling, about 10 minutes.

2 large chicken breasts
1 cup hot sauce (Frank's RedHot brand)
12 ounces cream cheese (1.5 bricks)
1 cup bleu cheese salad dressing
cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Cook the chicken breasts and chop or shred into small pieces.
  • Saute the chicken with the hot sauce in a large skillet. Add the cream cheese and stir in until it melts.
  • Remove from heat and add the salad dressing.
  • Spread the mixture in a baking dish, cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake at 375 degrees F. for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips.

8 ounces Franks chicken wing sauce
12 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces ranch salad dressing or 8 ounces blue cheese dressing (or combination of both)
2 -4 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
2 -3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • You can eat this cold, as is-- or heat it up.
  • To heat: Bake in casserole dish at about 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until everything melts together.
  • Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or bagel chips.

2 cups cooked chicken
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
tortilla chips
celery rib
parsley flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • In a 3 qouart slow cooker, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, salad dressing and hot sauce.
  • cover and cook on low for one hour or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve with chips or celery. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

I love this recipe for picnics, potlucks and tailgate parties. It's a much less messy way of enjoying chicken wings. My family loves it. You can make it as spicy hot as you want...or...

16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 c ranch dressing, prepared
1/2 c louisiana hot sauce (can add more)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish & bake @ 350 deg. for 30-35min. Serve w/ tortilla chips or pretzels. Enjoy!
