6 medium peaches ((about 4 cups))
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

Steps:

  • Peel the peaches, cut them into slices, and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until all the peaches are evenly coated.
  • Spread the peaches into an 8-10 inch oiled baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, salt, and flour.
  • Cut the softened butter into small cubes and add it to the oat mixture. The texture should be crumbly. Sprinkle the oat crumble evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake the peach crisp at 375°F for 40 minutes or until the top is crispy and golden. Serve while hot and enjoy!

½ teaspoon almond extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
  • Place the peaches in the bottom of the baking dish, and sprinkle them with almond extract.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut the butter into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the flour mixture in an even layer over the top of the peaches, and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the peaches are bubbling and the topping is browned.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
FILLING:
2 cans (15-1/4 ounces each) sliced peaches
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
TOPPING:
1-1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons cold butter, cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. , Meanwhile, drain the peaches and reserve juice in a small saucepan. Stir in the sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in peaches. , Pour over crust. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar and flour. 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, with juice
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
½ cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
