3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until combined; beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until serving.

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat whipping cream for 2 minutes. Add confectioners' sugar and continue beating until stiff. Place the sour cream in a bowl; stir in a small amount of whipped cream. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

2 quarts fresh strawberries
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Wash, hull and half strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add remaining ingredients and continue beating for about 1 minute. Cream should be thick but not stiff.
