JUICYBURGER
There was a drive-in restaurant in my hometown of Moberly MO in the 50's and 60's. It was called Pig n Bun. They were best known for Juicyburgers which were created by the owner, Albert Patrick. You'll find them similar to Sloppy Joes. This is my mother's copycat recipe that she created. From the kitchen of Wanda Cupp Thornburg, Moberly MO.

MIGHTY MO'S FAMOUS SAUCE
If you lived or visited the Washington DC area in the 50's, 60's or 70's you probably had a Mo Burger or knew someone who did. The owner said they always used Hunt's Ketchup and Redpack Chili Sauce - I didn't specify in the recipe below what to use to so use what you want. Use this sauce on your hamburgers you won't be disappointed.

GOURMET PUB BURGERS
I made burgers similar to these in my college training, and tweaked them a little to satisfy picky eaters at home! Moist and juicy burgers guaranteed every time. Garnish the burger with a slice of pancetta, ancient grainy mustard, red onion slices, iceberg lettuce, and Swiss or blue cheese.

MY HUSBAND'S FAVORITE BAKED BURGERS
Simple, flavorful hamburger recipe that my husband loves. Ketchup is the binder so no egg is required. They hold together very well. I bake them in the oven and they come out perfect every time! I serve these with a slice of cheese melted on top. Top as desired.
