- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, black olives, scallions, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
- Chill until serving.
- Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

This is a white dip provided by Mexican restaurants in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia for chips. It's tangy and slightly sweet, almost like a Mexi-ranch.

- 1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 24 hours. Thin with buttermilk.
- 2. Do NOT blend in blender.
- 3. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa, use as a salad dressing, top your nachos or any Mexican food dish with it. Would even be good as buffalo chicken wing dip.

Steps:
- Slice off the top of the loaf, lengthwise and scoop out the inside of the bread. (Reserve for dipping).
- Combine remaining ingredients (except scoops) blending well and spoon mixture into loaf.
- Replace the top of the loaf and wrap well in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 400* for 1 hour.
- Unwrap loaf carefully, remove top and serve with reserved bread and scoops.

- 1. Place garlic and olives into food processor and blend till chopped. Add in rest of the ingredients into food processor and blend till all combined.
- 2. Place sauce in mason jars or something similar and refrigerate at least 24 hrs
- 3. After the 24 hours is up serve on anything!! Chips, tacos, fries, rice, anything tastes good with this sauce. Refrigerate leftovers
