  • Add chopped fresh stone fruit (any of the following: peaches, cherries, plums, nectarines, apricots or mangoes), orange juice, mint leaves and honey. Stir and serve.

1 dragon fruit, chopped into small cubes*
1/2 cup mint leaves, roughly chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 passion fruits,
1 lime, juiced
1/3 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large salad bowl or plate, combine papaya, dragon fruit and mint leaves.
  • In a medium bowl, place vinaigrette and whisk in the pulp from passion fruits until thoroughly combined.

1 cup grapefruit segments
