FRUIT-FLAVORED ICED GREEN TEA
Fruit-flavored ice cubes add flavor to your green tea as they melt.

Steps:
- Boil 8 cups water. Pour into a clear pitcher. Add 6-8 green tea bags and steep for 3-5 minutes or to desired strength. Remove tea bags and refrigerate.
- Place strawberries in a food processor and pulse gently until roughly chopped. In a pourable container, combine strawberries, orange juice and lime zest. Pour into ice cube trays. Freeze for 2 hours or until set.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and top with chilled green tea. Garnish with lime slices.
BERRY, MELON AND MINT ICED TEA

Steps:
- Bring 5 cups water and the sugar to a boil in a heavy large saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the mint. Remove the pan from the heat and add the tea bags. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes. Cool the tea to room temperature. Strain the tea into a large pitcher or bowl.
- Blend the watermelon and strawberries until smooth in a blender. Stir the fruit mixture into the tea. Add the lemon juice, peppermint and salt. Chill the tea until very cold, at least 2 hours and up to 1 day. Before serving, add chilled prosecco if using.
- Put a few ice cubes into each of the 6 glasses or water goblets. Add some watermelon, strawberries and the blackberries to each glass. Pour tea into each glass and garnish with mint sprigs and serve, passing lemon wedges.
ICED MELON MOROCCAN MINT TEA

- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat; add mint and tea bags. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. Discard mint and tea bags. Stir in the sugar., In a blender, process honeydew until blended. Add 1-1/2 cups ice and tea; process until blended. Serve over additional ice.

GARDEN ICED GREEN TEA

Steps:
- Mix 1 cup water, the mint, basil, sage and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the tea bags and steep, about 2 minutes. Pour the tea into a pitcher. Add the iced water and ice. Serve the tea cold.
HONEY CITRUS SOUTHERN ICED TEA
Steps:
- Bring 4 cups water to a simmer in a saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the tea bags and let steep for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey. Let cool.
- Add the sweetened tea to a pitcher along with 2 cups ice and another 4 cups water; stir. Add the sliced kumquats (if using), key limes and lemon. Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with mint.
ASIAN SPICY CUCUMBER HONEY GREEN TEA
Steps:
- Crush cucumber, lime and red pepper with wooden spoon in 1-quart glass measuring cup. Stir in Pure Leaf™ Not Too Sweet Honey Green Tea. Strain and serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish, if desired, with additional cucumber and lime.
- For a cocktail version, simply add ¼ cup vodka.
ICED HONEYDEW MINT TEA

- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Add mint leaves and tea bags; steep, covered, 3-5 minutes according to taste, stirring occasionally. Discard mint and tea bags. Stir in sugar., Place 2-1/2 cups honeydew, 2 cups tea and 1-1/2 cups ice in a blender; cover and process until blended. Serve over additional ice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
