Steps:
- Heat toaster oven to broil.
- In small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Place 1 tsp chili in each taco cup (I used tostitos scoops).
- Top with 1/2 tsp cheese.
- Place in toaster oven and broil 1-2 minutes.
- Top with sour cream.

- Stir in 1/3 cup salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
- Place chips in single layer on platter; fill with lettuce and meat mixture. Top with remaining salsa and cheese.

I got the idea for this recipe after watching a friend make a quick snack for her grandson using only the Scoops and cheese... Got my wheels to turning and I decided to try them out at the Superbowl party..They were a BIG hit!!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Scoops on cookie sheet. In each scoop, put some of the taco meat and top with a generous pinch of the shredded cheese. Pop into the oven for 5-8 Minutes, or until cheese is all melted. Remove from oven and add a dollop each of sour cream and salsa. Top with a little taco sauce and serve. These go fast, so make at least 6 to 8 per person! You can also add re-fried beans, lettuce, hot sauce..whatever you like on taco's!! Kids really love them because they are a kid friendly size and they make less of a mess than regular tacos. Enjoy!!
