1 cup milk
1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
1-2 tablespoons honey (1 for flavored yogurt, 2 for plain)
1/2 cup cereal (of choice)
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in the blender. Cover and puree until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into one large glass or two small glasses. Garnish with extra cereal.
