1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans tuna
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 cup cheese-flavored goldfish crackers

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine vegetables and tuna. Stir in rice, soup and milk.
  • Place mixture in a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish; cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes.
  • Stir well; microwave on high, still covered, 8 minutes more, or until rice is tender.
  • Stir casserole well, sprinkle with Goldfish crackers and serve.

200 g tuna in brine, drained
100 g potato chips, crushed
175 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 large onion, finely chopped
50 g mushrooms, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint milk
1 teaspoon chopped parsley (to garnish)

Steps:

  • Mix tuna and crisps in a large bowl.
  • Add cheese, onion and mushrooms mixing well.
  • Stir in the eggs and milk again mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into a 10" flan dish (no need to grease).
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven 180 for 30-40 mins until set.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
