2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Place fruit in a small microwave-safe bowl. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-1/2 minutes or until fruit is tender.

4 medium pears, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup peach preserves, warmed
TOPPING:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons cold butter
1 cup granola with fruit and nuts

Steps:

  • Place pears in a large bowl; sprinkle with cornstarch and toss to coat. Gently stir in preserves just until combined. Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray., For topping, in a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in granola. 4 cups pears, peeled, cored and sliced (Anjou Pears or Bosc pears)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • In an 8-9 inch shallow baking dish, spread pear slices. Spoon lemon juice over pears slices. Spoon lemon juice over pears and toss to coat. In a small bowl, blend flour and light brown sugar, cinnamon and butter with a pastry blender or fork. Add chopped pecans and mix well. 6 medium peaches (about 2 pounds)
1/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
2 cups granola (look for granola that holds together in clusters)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice peaches, leaving skin on, into 1/3" wedges; discard pits (you should have about 6 cups sliced fruit).

2 lb Pink Lady apples or other firm apples, peeled, coarsely chopped (4 cups)

2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped pitted dates
4 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, crumbled (1 cup)
