Mexican Tortilla Apple Strudel image

I enjoy reciepes I can take to pot luck and church suppers. This is easy to do, you can have the apples ready the day before you actually bake the strudel. Serve this warm with vanilla ice cream if you desire.

MEXICAN APPLE TORTILLAS

Mexican Apple Tortillas image

Tortillas make wonderful "packages" for fruits, as well as beans. Mexican cooks often use combinations of fruits and cheese rolled up with hot fruit. This apple filling, laced with the flavors of lime and apricot is really delectable.
