1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 1/2 cups tabasco guacamole (one of my 'Zaar listed recipes)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup seeded and sliced ripe plum tomato (1/4-inch)
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives
2 scallions, halved lengthwise and sliced (3-inch of green left on)

Steps:

  • Spread the beans over the bottom of a 10" round glass baking dish; cover in guacamole.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and spices; spread over the guacamole with spatula.
  • Sprinkle the top with the cheese, tomatoes, olives and scallions.
  • Serve at room temperature or bake in a 425°F oven for 15 minutes and serve hot.

2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed
1/4 cup heavy cream
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Saute onion in hot butter until tender.
  • Add tomatoes, chilies and salt, mashing tomatoes with a fork.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cheese cubes and stir until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  • Add cream and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm with Tortilla Chips.

1/2 cup seeded and diced (1/4 inch) ripe plum tomatoes
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted black olives
2 scallions (3 inches of green left on), halved lengthwise and sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Spread the beans over the bottom of a 10-inch round glass baking dish. Cover with the guacamole. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream with the garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, black pepper and chili powder; spread over the guacamole with a spatula. 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream and 3/4 cup shredded cheese until blended; spread onto bottom of slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with beans, then salsa; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours. Top with onions, cilantro and remaining cheese.

I have to make double batches of these in my house! The family will even just have this as a meal! I know there are similar recipes to this dish, but I also know I have the best picture!!!!!

2 cup(s) homemade refried beans (will link recipe)
2 package(s) 8oz cream cheese (softened)
4 tablespoon(s) diy taco seasoning (will link recipe)
1-2 cup(s) diy mexican cheese blend (will link recipe)
1-2 cup(s) shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes diced
4-5 medium diced green onions
1 can(s) black olives diced
2 medium avacado's diced

Steps:

  • Make refried beans (recipe linked, you can also use 1 lrg can of refried beans headed for ease of spreading) Mix DIY cheese blend. Whip softened cream cheese with DIY taco seasoning
  • Layer cream cheese blend on bottom of 13x9 baking pan, layer refried beans, cheese mix, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, black olives and avacado.
  • Chill covered in fridge for 4-6 hours (to chill refried beans) serve with your favorite tortilla chips!

1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 -3 jalapeno, chopped
1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Drain the mexi-corn and the green chilis.
  • Mix with the sour cream, mayo, cheddar, and jalapenos.
  • Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
