2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced or 2 teaspoons dried basil
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
2 garlic cloves, pressed

Steps:

  • In a non metal bowl whisk all the ingedients.
  • Cover& chill for up to 4 hours.

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds & membrane removed,chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor combine the green chilies, lime juice, water, cilantro,garlic, jalapeno& sugar Puree- the dressing should be smooth with just little specks of the contents Refrigerate for about 3 hours before using.
