Steps:
- Heat the barbecue sauce in a 2 quart saucepan over medium-low heat until warm. Add the Mexican chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts completely. Serve immediately or cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- Finely chop onion and garlic, and saute in butter until translucent. Dice tomatoes and add to onion mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes. In separate bowl, add remaining ingredients, and add to tomato mixture. Simmer another 20 minutes. Let cool a bit, then blend in a food processor. Baste some on salmon or chicken, but save plenty to serve warm over grilled entree.
