- Place half of each of the following in a blender: yogurt, honey, melon, cucumber and, if desired, mint. Cover; process until blended. Add 1 cup ice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into three glasses; repeat with remaining ingredients.

- 1. For both smoothies, place all ingredients in a blender, add two ice cubes, if your ingredients are not cool, and blend until smooth. The first smoothie has a more thick texture because of the banana, sweet taste and an amazing vanilla scent and the second one is fresher because of the cucumber and spicy because of the ginger. Choose your favorite combination and enjoy!
- 2. My notes: I sometimes find the melon/banana smoothie to be too thick, so I add some fresh milk to be able to drink with a straw:)
