Steps:
- To make meatballs: Combine in a bowl ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, garlic, onions, salt, parsley and pepper; mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls and set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; add meatballs and cook gently so they stay whole and are lightly browned.
- To make the sauce: Mix together tomato soup, water, lemon juice, salt, parsley, basil, sage, thyme and cayenne pepper in a large saucepan, add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.

HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALL SAUCE

- Saute the onion, cloves garlic, crushed and the sausages until the onions are softened. Add the tomatoes, parsley, basil and italian herbs. Simmer, stirring often for 30-60 minutes. Meatballs: Lightly stir together all ingredients for the meatballs, working it too much makes the meatballs to dense. Form into meatballs, scooping up as much as you want in one ball, then patting it lightly into shape. Fry in vegetable oil and add to the tomatoe sauce, which is simmering. Take the sausages out of the sauce and slice them (the mild ones with a straight cut and the hot ones at a diagonal, just so you can choose if you have a preference.) Brown them in the meatball fry pan and put them back into the sauce. Deglaze the fry pan with 1/2 cup white wine and add to the sauce. Enjoy!
