CLUB PANINI

Can be made in a frying pan or grill (the George Foreman type) I found this recipe on the net, changed it a bit and at the moment it is an addiction! I like it brushed with the olive oil but my preference is to use mayonnaise and use this method now all the time ever since I made Dawnab's Recipe #108522

PHILLY-STYLE SANDWICHES FOR THE GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL

Philly-Style Sandwiches for the George Foreman Grill image

Purchase medium size soft submarine rolls for this, the amounts are enough for 3-4 sandwiches you may of coarse double and adjust all amounts to taste, this will work well on a regular grill and also may be made in a large skillet --- the garlic with the butter is only optional if you are not a lover of garlic you may omit if desired, the garlic really brings out extra flavor to these sandwiches :)

ROAST BEEF PANINI WITH HORSERADISH MAYO

Roast Beef Panini With Horseradish Mayo image

This recipe can be made in a panini maker, a George Foreman type grill or a ridged grill pan on the stove. Put foil around a slightly smaller pan and use it to press the panini down. Use whatever cheese you like or happen to have at home - a creamy Havarti goes nice with it - as well as leftovers from a roast or steaks.
