HUDSON'S MAURICE DRESSING

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons White vinegar
1-1/4 teaspoons Kosher salt - 1 and 1/4 tsp
2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Dry mustard, spice ground
2 tablespoons Yellow onion, pureed (or same amount onion juice)
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (finely)
2 l Large eggs, riced
1 quart Mayonnaise

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, mustard, dry mustard, onion puree, and sugar. Blend until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from blender and stir in parsley, egg and mayonnaise.
  • Chill and store (in refrigerator) for up to 5 days.

1 hard-boiled egg, diced

Steps:

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
