SECRET INGREDIENT MEATLOAF

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the bread crumbs and the cup of bloody mary mix in a small bowl and mix well, set aside until the bread crumbs have absorbed the liquid (3 to 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine the meat, moistened bread crumbs, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, pepper and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated, being cautious not to over mix. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and form into a loaf in the center of the dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and remaining 1 tablespoon of bloody mary mix and spread on top of the meatloaf. Bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, or until cooked through. Allow to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

This meatloaf recipe is the only one I use now because my family loves it, and it is very easy to make.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix in bread, milk, egg, 2 tablespoons mustard and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Press the meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a small bowl, stir together remaining mustard, ketchup and brown sugar; pour on top of the meat loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 2 hours.

- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Tear bread into small pieces& place into large mixing bowl.
- Add dry stuffing mix& milk.
- Let sit until all or most of milk is absorbed.
- Add ground beef, sausage, onion& seasonings.
- Add eggs& combine with meat mixture.
- Mix with hands in order to get even consistency.
- Place meat mixture in pan,& form into one large loaf or smaller individual loaves.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour.
- During last 5-10 minutes, place under broiler to brown top.
